While leaks in general are fairly unreliable sources, the information gained momentum when Activision announced that Treyarch will be developing this year's "Call of Duty" title. As we get closer and closer to the summer and E3 2018, gamers can expect to find out the truth about what the coming year has in store for the CoD franchise.

Notorious Call of Duty insider site CharlieIntel has gathered some intel that appears to confirm Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is happening.

Activision has made no official announcements about the game so far but we expect them to make an announcement soon, considering how the rumors and leaks are stacking up.

Activision has yet to release details on this year's title. One player is randomly chosen at the start of a match as the first infected, and has to try to infect other players, who respawn as infected themselves.

The publisher is now trialling a version of the survival mode in Call of Duty: Online, the free-to-play PC title exclusive to China.
