Tata Tiago Electric, Tata Tigor Electric debuts at 2018 Auto Expo

Mercedes-Benz kick-started its product offensive with the launch of Mercedes-Maybach S 650 and showcased the unique E-Class All-Terrain and the futuristic Concept of EQ.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor unveiled its Yaris sedan which will mark its entry into the mid-sized premium vehicle segment in the country in April. Mahindra and Mahindra displayed its widest ever Electric Vehicle (EV) portfolio, showcasing the UDO Concept, Treo, e-Cosmo and first of its kind 380 Volt powertrain.

Since its first launch in India in 2013, Honda Amaze has tremendous response. It is the 14th edition of the biennial Auto Expo and will see 24 new launches and over 100 unveiling of vehicles. The government says all new vehicles sold in the country must be electric from 2030. Immediately visible on these models is the new Impact Design 2.0 philosophy's underpinnings.

In the two wheeler segment, TVS Motor Company today unveiled its concept electric scooter "Creon" along with a 220cc single cylinder engine concept motorbike "Zeppelin". Two-wheeler heavyweight Hero MotoCorp unveiled a 200cc adventure motorcycle "Xpulse". This is the fourth product of the company which will be launched in the current financial year 2018-19. Motorcycle and scooter manufacturers unveiled more than a dozen electric models at the show.

Honda has confirmed the launch of X-Blade in March 2018 and price will be revealed then.
