The actor bid $120,000 to watch an episode of the HBO hit with star Emilia Clarke during Sean Penn's annual gala for Haiti in Los Angeles, according to Variety.

During the night's charity auction, the auctioneer announced the opportunity to watch an episode of Game of Thrones with Clarke, who plays the role of one of the show's main characters, Daenerys Targaryen. Pitt bid $80,000 initially and then outbid himself at $90,000. Plus, he's famous enough he could probably just call Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington and ask if they want to binge a season with him at his house for free.

Bids started at US$20,000 and immediately shot up.

When the auctioneer shouted, "Is the King of the North here?" When he returned, he offered to join in on the viewing with Clarke and the victor, prompting Pitt to raise his own bid, once again, to $120,000.
