The unidentified man asked his barber, Khaled A. Shabani, to shave the sides of his head and take an inch off the top.

For one Madison man, a routine haircut at a State Street salon went suddenly awry - literally.

He then snipped the customer's ear with scissors.

According to Madison PD, stylist Khaled A. Shabani at Ruby's Salon twisted his customer's ear after telling him to stop fidgeting.

A Wisconsin stylist allegedly snipped a customer's ear before giving him a haircut that won't soon be forgotten.

The 22-year-old customer walked into Ruby's Salon on December 22 with a simple request: Shave the sides of his head with a No. 2 clipper and cut an inch of hair off the top, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

The customer then got out of his chair and left to go to another store to have his hair completely shaved off.

On Wednesday, Shabani pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct, the Wisconsin State Journal reported. The barber claimed it was an accident, but was arrested by police.
