Hannibal Buress found himself in cuffs on Saturday night in Miami, and in the harsh daylight, different reports are swirling on how the situation developed.

An officer responded saying Buress was being detained for trespassing.

A video of the incident posted on YouTube shows a handcuffed Buress standing up against a cop auto with two police officers standing directly in front of him.

"For tresspassing", one of the officers says in the video.

"Am I under arrest? For what?" he asks "Explain what I'm detained for?"

According to Miami Herald, Buress was booked in the Wynwood Arts District, which is hosting numerous Art Basel-related events, on a disorderly intoxication charge at 1:57 a.m. and posted bail around 6 a.m.

"You're goofy as f--", Buress told the police. Hannibal - who stars in the Spider-Man: Homecoming film - said the police are "making it harder" and he's just "chilling".

According to a police report, officers asked Buress to leave a bar because he was too drunk. 'You don't have probable cause for anything and you're hella stupid right now'. "For what?" Buress yells.

In the video, the comic can be heard asking what the reason for his arrest is.

He also is known for bringing attention to sexual assault allegations against fellow comedian Bill Cosby.

Buress, 34, is a longtime standup comedian who has appeared in several TV shows and movies, including "Broad City", and "30 Rock".

Buress has not commented about the arrest.
