After further evaluation, Taylor has a contusion of his patellar tendon, according to Bills coach Sean McDermott. McDermott labeled Taylor as "day-to-day", as the Bills get ready for their upcoming game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor avoided a major injury against the Patriots after getting carted off the field with a knee injury. Taylor had a total of 65 passing yards, and interception, and just 40 net yards in a little over 45 minutes of work. Taylor came off the field after a third-down incompletion in the fourth quarter and was carted off during the Patriots' ensuing offensive series.

He has thrown for 2,090 yards with 12 touchdowns and four interceptions in 12 games this season.

This was Peterman's first appearance in a game since throwing five interceptions in the first half of a 54-24 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on November 19.
