But according to the PA news agency, it's Kevin Spacey, who was the artistic director of Old Vic Theater, 2004 - 2015, located in the Lambeth district in southern London.

"On Wednesday, November 1, City of London Police referred an allegation of sexual assault to the Metropolitan Police Service".

This new claim is in addition to a 2008 assault being investigated by the Met.

The allegation was made just a day after the Old Vic released results of its own internal investigation into the matter.

Spacey has also been hit with other accusations from former House of Cards co-workers, and now Scotland Yard investigators are looking into an incident that allegedly took place in London 12 years ago.

The former House of Cards star's reputation took a hammering last month (Oct17) after actor Anthony Rapp accused the Oscar victor of making inappropriate advances towards him when he was just 14, in 1986.

At least 20 allegations of sexual assault have been made against the United States star and now the British police is looking into another case against him.

But it said the same man was accused November 1 of another assault in 2008, also in Lambeth.

The Old Vic said it received the claims of inappropriate behaviour in recent weeks, although the alleged incidents were said to have taken place from 1995 to 2013.

Netflix suspended the production of House of Cards following the historical harassment allegations against Spacey.

"This clearly unacceptable and The Old Vic truly apologises for not creating an environment or culture where people felt able to speak freely".

The second allegation was made on Friday, police said.

The man, who was a teenager at the time, said Spacey's behaviour during that weekend was "either very stupid or predatory - or maybe a little of both".
