The season 25 finale kicked off with a Christmas spectacular reunion with all 13 of the season's stars returning.

Stirling and pro partner Ballas brilliantly executed a jive performance to "Jitterbug", for which they picked up a ideal 30 out of 30 points.

But his dance skills weren't up to the other two finalists, and he finished third after performing a repeat of his Argentine tango from Disney night and a foxtrot/tango fusion, for scores of 30 and 28. But they recovered to get flawless scores for four dances over two days to end the show.

It was all even between the pairs as they geared up for their final performances, which were "24 Hour Fusion Dances". Jordan and Lindsay performed their samba from Latin night and they, too, earned 10s across the board.

Sterling and Ballas perfomed a cha cha/tango fushion for a ideal score while Muniz and Carson only managed to collect 28 points with their foxtrot/tango fusion. The three final couples will appear on ABC's Good Morning America Wednesday morning. "Not just the win, but everything I did this season".

The competition will be especially fierce for Season 26 of Dancing with the Stars.

The mini-season is set to air in the spring, and ABC revealed that 10 athletes from all different segments of the sports world will go head-to-head for the Mirrorball trophy.
