Winds may gust as high as 31 miles per hour. Winds will decrease this evening and it will be quite chilly tonight into tomorrow morning. Friday will see more sun, with highs in the mid-40s. From Trenton down through the Delaware Valley and points south where the rain held off a bit longer, temperatures were able to top out at or above 50.

Sunday will usher in a mild and quiet weather week ahead. This is what we call the warm sector and this surge of warmer air may actually allow temperatures to rise for a bit, perhaps even getting into the low 50s in spots. A Level 2 Wind Alert remains in effect through the evening so be away of possible wind gusts between 50 miles per hour and 60 miles per hour.

Timing...noon to 10 p.m. Sunday. Along with a strong cold front comes the potential for strong storms and storm criteria. It'll be much colder to start off your Sunday with temperatures in the 20s and 30s. Tornado formation is possible over Southern Middle Tennessee, and portions of Northwest and North Central Alabama - mainly north of the Tennessee River and west of the Interstate 65 corridor.

A slight chance of rain and snow before 10pm, then a slight chance of snow between 10pm and 11pm. About 4 inches of snow is predicted in those areas.

Thanksgiving Day will be sunny and dry, with a high in the mid-40s, perhaps higher.

Heading into Monday, while mostly sunny (outside a few mountain show showers) temperatures remain cold.

We need to keep an eye on this storm since Wednesday is one of the busiest travel days of the year. Highs of 35 to 42 degrees are expected.

Tuesday, the high will be near 52 with mostly sunny skies, the weather service said.

Partly sunny Saturday with a high near 62. Have a great and safe rest of your weekend!
