Coming to the specs, the 5T will have the Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB/8GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, Adreno 540 GPU inside. The phone carries the same design as Oppo's R11s smartphone.

Design. As has been long rumored, the OnePlus 5T adopts the tall (18:9) aspect ratio/near bezel-less design of other modern smartphone flagships.

A major setback for the OnePlus 5T, however, is that its pre-installed OxygenOS will be based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat, and not Android 8.0 Oreo. We know how the phone looks like.

OnePlus is hosting an event next week in New York City where they intend to introduce the OnePlus 5T to the world. The handset still boasts support for Dash Charge and has a 3.5mm audio jack, as well as Bluetooth 5.0 support.

The OnePlus 5 features a 6.0-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top from Corning. The user interface of the default Camera app was also redesigned in an effort to become more streamlined and facilitate one-handed use, according to the source, though no screenshots of the actual UI have been provided.

A YouTuber going by the name EliTdrone, seems to have jumped the gun here and unboxed and revealed every single bit of the OnePlus 5T, save for the internal specifications and the suspected camera upgrade details.

The front-facing camera of the OnePlus 5T is a 16 MP one, while the dual rear-facing camera is a 16 MP and 20 MP one. As per the official confirmation, the OnePlus 5T launch will happen on 16th November. The primary sensor is a Sony IMX 398 with a 16MP camera, f/1.7 aperture and 1.12um pixel size, while the secondary sensor is a Sony IMX 376K with a 20MP camera and an f/1.7 aperture too. For the selfie camera, the device uses a 16 MP sensor with F/2.0 aperture and 1080p video recording capability.

As for the RAM, the OnePlus 5T could be released in both the 6GB and 8GB RAM models, with the latter being offered to serious ballers that also have the money to obtain an 8GB RAM version. OnePlus' upcoming flagship will support on-screen navigational buttons. Sales in North America and Europe will launch a few days later on November 21. The reviewers' guide that has been published shows that the specs are pretty similar to the OnePlus 5, with a few changes here and there.
