A video has just arrived from TMZ Sports showing McGregor jumping back onto the cage wall after exiting it following the outright wacky scene to slap a security guard instructing him to cool it.

The pair came face-to-face again and McGregor had a few choice words for the official.

McGregor continued to pursue Goddard, all while being held back and feverishly pointing his finger and yelling at him before the UFC lightweight champion was escorted out.

The Irishman, who was not a licensed cornerman, excitedly jumped in the cage to celebrate with Ward.

McGregor, 28, twice pushed Goddard and needed to be restrained multiple times while attempting to chase after him.

It all took place at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland, where Charlie Ward of Team McGregor faced John Redmond in the Spike.com preliminary card (which will air on tape delay Friday night).

Referee Marc Goddard, the official that told off McGregor for his antics at the Artem Lobov vs. Andre Fili contest in Poland last month, separated the two, which incensed the "Notorious" one and led to a confrontation.

Oh, and in case you're curious about what Dana White thinks about fighters touching referees, here's what he said a year ago. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, the UFC does to punish McGregor.

McGregor was knocked out by Floyd Mayweather during his pro boxing debut in August.
