Ever since Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein was exposed for sexual harassment last month, several within the industry have come out with their own stories of inappropriate interactions with their bosses and peers.

Anello's attorney has written a draft of the suit.

In one instance Anello claims that he entered her room while she was wearing see-through negligee that was open.

When Anello tried to duck out of the room, Carey allegedly insisted that he finish moving the luggage first.

He says they did not have physical contact during the alleged incident.

Anello accused the famous singer of "humiliating" him repeatedly by calling him a "Nazi", a "skinhead", as well as a member of the KKK and a "white supremacist". He allegedly wasn't happy with the amount they came back with and the lawsuit is now on hold, presumably so the two parties can work out a settlement deal.

He also says that they were promised another two years of work, amounting to a total of $511,000.

Reps for Carey say that they are prepared to pay Aiello and his firm for back pay, but were totally unaware of the sexual harassment allegations. Carey also supposedly said that she "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people".
