Fuck no, I'm not running for Senate.

"As soon as I said, 'I don't know, maybe (I'll run), everyone goes: 'He's the Klan wizard, he's homophobic, he's Islamophobic, '" Rock said.

He said, "This is why I watch-like, I TiVo Bill Maher and I watch, like, Tucker Carlson, and then I go to fucking MSNBC, like I watch everything". Tickets go on sale to the public 10 a.m. November 3 at, the Royal Farms Arena box office, Ticketmaster outlets and by phone (800-745-3000). "Are you kidding me?"

Kid Rock also announced his new album, "Sweet Southern Sugar", will be available in stores November 3.

Kid Rock, the Detroit rock musician who has flirted publicly with entering the realm of US politics, isn't abandoning the career that made him famous.

Back in July, it was reported how Kid Rock's name brought up at a Republican Party in MI earlier this year as a potential candidate for the state's Senate, before the appearance of a website aptly called "Kid Rock For Senate".

"Kid Rock is exactly the kind of candidate the GOP needs right now", Pataki tweeted in August.

He beat Stabenow by 3 points when those "leaning Ritchie" were accounted for.

Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., is up for reelection in 2018, though the Democrats' surprise defeat in MI a year ago has not helped Republicans find a first-tier challenger.

For instance, at a Grand Rapids rock show last month, Ritchie was announced as the 'next senator from MI'.

"It's the worst advice I ever gave myself, but it's been the most creative thing I've ever done", he said. "And I've gotten to see everyone's true colors".

That includes being booed by the crowd at the Detroit Pistons home opener, while the area's other music star, Eminem, was cheered.

Aborted Senate run aside the "I am the Bullgod" singer has become more political as of late, planting himself firmly in President Donald Trump's camp of supporters.
