Lower humidity, cooler temperatures on the way

Sunshine and picture flawless, fall weather conditions to end the weekend, with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s.

It's been a warm and windy day with gusts up to 25 and 30 miles per hour as temperatures climbed into the upper 70s!

Tuesday and Wednesday will stay cool with highs in the low to mid 60s and plenty of sun.

Monday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid-70s.

The warm weather will continue through the beginning of the week before a cold front moves through on Tuesday. This front has very little moisture to work with so, no precipitation will occur with this weather system.

Thursday will see a brief warm-up into the 70s before our next cold front on Friday. Highs still running below normal only hitting the lower 50s.

Cal Fire says extra firefighters are on duty with Santa Ana winds expected to top 50 miles per hour. Winds: S 5-10 miles per hour. Wind: N 15-25; gusty.

Temperatures will be above average with a high of 75. The resulting southeasterly breeze has kicked the dew point up into the sticky lower 60s. Thursday appears to be the coolest day of the week with temperatures in the low 60s, but it will be mostly sunny.

Highs on Saturday and Sunday will be in the mid 50s with overnight low temps in the upper 30s.
