Kate is pregnant with her third child, due in April, and a hint of a baby bump was just visible under the powder-blue blazer.

After almost a month of staying out of the public eye while she battled hyperemesis gravidarum during her third pregnancy, the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for her second surprise appearance today in London. In the past nine months alone, Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, have paid visits to Paris, Poland, Belgium, Berlin, Heidelberg, Hamburg, plus various locations around Britain.

While the former Kate Middleton often wears various shades of blue, this ensemble echoed the Princess of Wales' own blue blazer ensembles, including the one below in 1995, along with another strikingly similar look - right down to the turtleneck and skinny black trousers. A Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini blazer over a black turtleneck completed the elegant outfit. While it was announced in September that the Duke and Duchess were expecting their third child, it was only confirmed yesterday that the baby is due in April 2018.
