Marvel Drops Official Trailer For "Black Panther"

Black Panther was first introduced into the MCU during Captain America: Civil War, instantly became a fan-favorite character.

I hope Ryan Coogler's (Fruitvale Station, Creed) afro-futuristic Wakanda hits all the right notes with viewers.

Wakanda, located in Northeast Africa, is a secretive land.

While the majority of the trailer focuses on Wakanda's technology as well as T'Challa preparing to take on Killmonger, it's very clear that Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o) and Okoye (Danai Gurira) are going to be crucial allies to the Wakandan king.

Like the song in the trailer says, "Bow down". I've seen aliens drop from the sky.

And threats aren't short in supply these days. Not seen in June's trailer but on full display in this one is that Killmonger has designed what looks to be his own vibranium panther suit, meaning he not only is looking to usurp T'Challa as chieftain but also as the Panther of Wakanda.

The production also features Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Michael B. Jordan, Angela Basset, Daniel Kaluuya, Forest Whitaker and many more black and attractive folks.

The trailer, simply put, is incredible. The costumes and colors mark a different change for Marvel, one we will gladly get behind. "If the world's gonna start over, I'm gonna burn it all".

Well yeah, we've been waiting, too. It would seem that this version of Killmonger has chose to take on a seemingly traditional guise for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, adopting essentially the same armor and tech as Black Panther himself, as opposed to his own style of weapons and armor that made him formidable.

He's set to protect his homeland at any cost in Marvel's latest film.

If you thought the Black Panther teaser was action-packed, wait until you see how much they fit into a full two minutes!

The film will be in cinemas next February.
