How the chowkidar (gatekeeper) of India is quiet.

Citing a recent speech by Rahul, she said he had mocked the dreams and aspirations of Gujaratis, and it would only result in a historic defeat for the Congress in the upcoming Assembly elections.

The Congress On Vice president said that leader is scheduled to visit some more temples in the state.

The BJP trio mostly talked about the development of the election-bound state, promising to make Uttar Pradesh like Gujarat. "Amazing transition from Beti Bachao to Beta Bachao", he said on Twitter, using the term "Shehzada" to describe Shah's son.

Responding to Gandhi's repeated posers as to what the BJP had done during its rule, Shah said, "the Congress ruled the country for 70 years". Opposition parties like the Congress and CPI (M) have demanded an inquiry into whether Jay's business benefitted because of his father's position. It was about an eight-year-old small company with Rs 50,000 turnover. Aap Chowkidar the ya Bhagidar? "Amethi me aapne kya bantadhar kar ke rakha hai", Shah said, adding that he has a list of 106 schemes that the Modi government had started.

The timing is advantageous for Rahul Gandhi as the ruling NDA is under attack on account of growth decline, inflation, job losses and problems arising out of the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax and demonetisation. He said the Gandhi family has done a lot for the constituency. "This is the thinking of the BJP, Narendra Modi", he said. "(People of Amethi want to know what have three generations of your family done for them?)" he asked.

"The remarks that Rahul Gandhi made about our sisters in Rashtriya Sevika Sangh or who have joined the Sangh in some capacity or are sisters, daughters, wives and relatives of Swayamsevaks... the indecent remark that he has made about women. Otherwise, the Congress will continue its fight against the government", Pilot had told a thousands-strong crowd last Friday.

"We will bring policies after understanding your needs. The affected farmers are saying Rahul Gandhi has been giving speeches about providing relief to their fraternity, but he has not returned the land to them", she said. It is not as if he did not have a say earlier, but in the past few months, he has put his men in important positions and also chosen young Congress leaders as Pradesh Congress presidents and the All India Congress Committee general secretaries.

"All these allegations of Congress grabbing the land are a bundle of lies", he said. Taking a swipe at Modi for his popular radio programme Mann Ki Baat, Gandhi said that if the Congress came to power in the state they would rather listen to the people.
