Star Wars Battlefront II won't hit game store shelves until this fall, but you can already pre-order the game for new Kylo Ren and Rey costumes from Star Wars: The Last Jedi plus ability upgrades and more.

The 2015 version of Star Wars Battlefront had a dedicated co-op mode (Skirmish) where you could tackle some specific co-op challenges with a buddy.

EA took to two separate posts to detail various Star Wars: Battlefront 2 maps and modes. On consoles, you'll also be able to team up with a friend or battle against one another in split screen versus. Now, the developer and publisher have put out a brand new trailer that showcases all of the title's maps, game modes, and much more. This allows you to hone on your skills before you take the fight online.

For maps, it includes 18 locations spanning from three generations of Star Wars.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is edging ever closer to its November 17 launch date, and its incoming beta is just around the corner. Like with the characters, you'll be able to earn Battle Points to unlock your favorite "hero ships" like the Millennium Falcon. Players looking to get into the game earlier can do so with the Star Wars Battlefront II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition starting on November 14, or through the Play First Trials on EA Access and Origin Access starting November 9.

As many of you noticed, some or many players used to leave the server seconds or minutes before the end of the round judging by the advantage of the other team and the fact that they will simply lose the match. It warms my heart to think of a new generation of players having that kind of sandbox fun together with the equivalent of a massive, virtual Star Wars toy chest.
