In other news, they've released a new Fire Emblem Warriors trailer during TGS 2017 featuring Celica as a playable character.

So it looks like things are coming together nicely for Fire Emblem Warriors.

Fire Emblem fans (or Dynasty Warriors fans too, probably) can look forward to playing Fire Emblem Warriors on either Nintendo Switch or the New Nintendo 3DS set of systems on October 20. A Season Pass will be available on the same day, and DLC sets are now planned for release through March 2018.

There are three planned packs of DLC for Fire Emblem Warriors, with the option of getting all three for a lower price in the season pass.

Will you be tempted to pay for this DLC, or do you need to know more before paying out for a season pass?

Purchase the Season Pass for either the Nintendo Switch or New Nintendo 3DS version of the game and download each pack as it's available. Nintendo has also confirmed that all previous Fire Emblem amiibo will work with the game, unlocking new weapons and items.

As detailed by Gematsu the first DLC pack, Fire Emblem Fates, will be released by the end of this year.

DLC Pack #3 (March 2018, $8.99): Fans of Fire Emblem Awakening will love this DLC, as much of the content is themed after the classic game. These will give players weapons or materials but only up to five different compatible amiibos can be tapped per day.
