New Orleans rapper Michael Lawrence Tyler, 46, who was wanted in connection with a rape in October 2016, surrendered Monday, three days after US marshals arrested another man wanted in the case in Killeen.

The outlet reports that a man by the name of Averweone Holman was also arrested on August 18, where he lives in Killeen, Texas, and charged in connection with this case. Holman was detained by U.S. Marshals in Texas last week, but as of Saturday, Mystikal was still at large.

Wafford also said that the victim herself had stated that there was no rape, though it is unclear if she meant that there was no sexual contact or if there was and it was consensual. In addition to Mystikal and Holman's arrest warrant, a 42-year-old woman has been charged with one count of Accessory to First Degree Rape After the Fact.

Investigators secured warrants for Tyler and Holman charging each with one count of First Degree Rape. Her bond is set at $200,000. The incident reportedly occurred sometime past year after Mystikal had a performance at Shreveport casino in his hometown of Louisiana. Two years after his release for the 2003 incident, he was arrested on a domestic battery charge with his then girlfriend.
