According to ESPN FC, striker Javier Hernandez - better known as "Chicharito" - will transfer to West Ham from German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen, where he played in 30 matches across all competitions last season.

"But we need a bit more when you see the other teams in the Premier League, like Man City, Liverpool and West Ham, the way they get players, good players, important players".

"We're delighted to have completed Marko's transfer from Stoke City", Sullivan said.

Stoke were holding out for a bid in the region of £20 million and rejected West Ham's first two offers.

West Ham confirmed the signing of Arnautovic on Saturday for a club-record fee, with the 28-year-old signing a five-year deal at the London Stadium.

"They are insane for football and this is what I like".

Hernandez spent four seasons with United, where he scored 59 goals in 156 appearances, before going on loan to Real Madrid in the 2014/15 campaign.

'Manchester United sold players that I would never sell and bought players that I would never buy, ' he told the BBC earlier this year.

An official club statement announced the news this evening.

"It's important for me to play football and to get the opportunity to come here and play is absolutely awesome".

With West Ham signing Chicharito for £13m, Mourinho may be kicking himself that he did not try to bring the 96-time Mexico worldwide back to Old Trafford. "The club is still growing, getting better and better and that's why I'm here".

He joined the Potters from Werder Bremen for £2m in 2013 as one of Mark Hughes' first signings, and has since scored 26 goals, including seven in 35 games last season.
