Shot at Gender-Reveal Party; 1 Person Dead

With the help of Colerain paramedics and teams from neighboring jurisdictions, all the surviving victims were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center or Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The rest of the adults that were injured are considered to be in stable condition.

"Two guys just came in and shot people in the house", she said, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Witnesses told police they saw the two gunmen run out before driving away in a vehicle. Chief Mark Denney says the two men haven't been identified or arrested.

The hooded figures ran off into the night, she said. Police do not have a clear motive for the shooting.

WLWT reported that Jim Love of the Colerain police has no idea what motivated the men to start shooting at a gender reveal party.

Police were able to obtain an order from a judge to search and control the home, Love said.

"You're hoping that there won't be situations like this".

Cincinnati police homicide detectives are assisting in the investigation.

One victim told WKRC Local 12 that she was pregnant and was shot in the leg. These are the nights that you look back on and you regret that they ever happened. Neighbors said that the shooter fled the scene.
